team will provide medication
reminders, limited catheter care, Blood Glucose monitoring, Assist with
bathing and Dressing , Prepare meals and spot cleaning
· IN HOME DAY CARE
- The
team will provide assistance
throughout the day as requested.
· RESPITE The
team will provide respite care as needed.
· SLEEP IN The team will provide assistance
overnight as requested.
· LIVE IN -
Provide care 24 / 7 as
requested for a specific period of time.
· COMPANION
- Provide companionship
as needed for specific days and time.
· ERRANDS
- Drop off and pick up
